Die Gemeinde hat genügend Geld, um ein Wirtshaus und ein neues Verwaltungsgebäude zu bauen! Der Bürgersaal muß ins Wirtshaus integriert werden, schon wegen der gastronomischen Betreuung. Der im Rathaus bezeichnete Bürgersaal ist sowieso zu klein und kann ein ländliches Museum werden und schon ist aller Streit zu Ende und dann findet man auch für die anderen vier Objeke Investoren!
